It's a 5 stage interview process: HR call, Hiring Manager Call, Challenge Dry-Run Call, Celoins Challenge Interview then Partner Call.
After having two decent calls letting me know I sound like a good fit, I worked on the Celonis Challenge. They suggest you spend 15 hours working on it (creating a demo with their software) and considering I have a background in both computer science and consulting I found it very hard and spent about 30 hours working on it (including completing all the recommend reading and creating my presentation).
The Challenge interview itself also wasn't great. The warm welcome I had gotten from the Hiring Manager in the previous call was non-existent when their manager was there. They asked me no questions about myself (which I had prepared for as they had asked me to expect), and sat there disinterested whilst I asked them the questions I had prepared. It felt as though they had already made their minds up and ask everyone to complete the Challenge (which is a lot of work to be dismissed for), it's not a measure of how well suited you are for the role. They also record your challenge presentation which felt like they are taking ideas from you, not like a way to standardise the process.
I then had to chase for a response and then got a generic no reply rejection stating that they are going with someone with more experience (which seeing as I met their minimum expectations and more, I'm not sure how it was was suddenly apparent that I had the wrong experience).
Don't go for this unless you really want it as they are happy to waste your time!

I applied because someone from the company thought it would be a good fit for me and had no idea how ridiculous the expectations would have been for an "early career" position. I have never once been given a task with homework preparation to learn the companies platform leading up to the first round interview I spent what minimal time I had with the short notice of the interview during a busy season for me, but it didn't matter although I think I did well in their platform exercise at it interview, I was not ready for these gotcha questions.
After that I was told there was to be 2-3 presentation and panel rounds. I have never heard of a more exhausting interview process for position of < 3 years experience.
Last but not least, the interviewer was very rude and showed visible signs of impatience and frustration by the time at the end of the interview, even though I was polite and showed genuine interest, explicitly and respect in even paid compliments. I just knew that I wasn't gonna make it to the second round, big waste of my time.
The recruiter was awesome, though!
Be ready for wild questions or else you will get scoffed at. Makes you wonder if those required training modules they ask you do prior to the 1st round are worth it if you can't make it past the tough guy gatekeeper.
*Edit: I do recall looking at this Glassdoor feed and saw that many people reported being asked a lot of Value Engineer role term definitions. Thus, I also spent quite a bit of my 13th hour moment, I made sure I was solid on all the various key terms (they have a lot). BUT, I was asked 0 of these questions instead - it did not help in my case.
