I applied on a Friday and I had a phone screen interview with the hiring manager the following Wednesday. I got a email from HR for a in-person interview that Friday. I interviewed with a HR specialist, the hiring manager and 3 other people from the department I was interviewing for. It took about 3 weeks after that to hear from the HR person about moving forward with the hiring process.

Typical, 'how did you handle' situations, each person had the same set of questions for different aspects of a job, some didn't mind and asked the same questions, others asked to let them know if I already answered that question with someone else.
Submitted resume and then had 2 rounds of phone screens, after which received an offer. The screens were mostly HR questions, talking about my resume as well as strengths and weaknesses
