I applied to the job and got a response right away (2 days) that my application was being moved to further review for consideration. I was then given an interview that was taking place at a hotel where a job fair was also happening for the company. I interviewed in a hotel event room with many other tables of other people being interviewed. I was also interviewed by a person who was not in the role that I was interviewing for or working at the location I would be working. The interview lasted for 30 min.

My i initial communication with the company started when a recruiter reached out to me regarding the position. I emailed her my updated resume and she scheduled an interview for the next week. The interview itself was a more in depth discussion about my work experience. There were a set of questions that were asked as well. The usual strength/weakness question as well as scenario questions. I heard back from the talent/HR recruiter within a few days and followed next steps. Overall, the hiring process was not long and drawn out.
