Phone call with hiring manager followed by an in-person or Zoom interview with the director. They asked questions about your interest in the field during the screening and more about your specific interests during the video call.

The interview consisted of a Phone/Zoom interview with two representatives and two separate phone calls took place. Training was completely virtual as well as all mentoring and starting process communication was mostly through email.
