I had a phone screening on a Friday afternoon with the hiring manager and then did a 30 minute excel exercise the following week with another manager and was then ghosted. I followed up with the hiring manager twice but never heard back from anyone ever.

30 minute phone screening, two panel interviews (45 minutes each? Not sure, we ran long) and a simple excel exercise, then a final panel interview with all of the people from the first two panel interviews combined. That interview was scheduled for an hour. They did not come with any questions and also were not very engaging. I decided it wasn't worth carrying the call after about half an hour. That may have been why I didn't get an offer, but I was picking up red flags throughout the process and may have finally tipped my annoyance in that final interview. I assume I didn't get an offer but they never followed up, so maybe it's on the way.
