Took 2+ months throughout the whole process. I was doing more follow-up with the recruiter than they were doing with me, it seemed that they were very short staffed. Overall I had good experiences in the interview process, but was waiting forever to hear back between interviews. The first part of the process was an online one-sided interview screening, I would have much preferred doing a regular phone screening with a person. The second was a virtual interview with part of the team. The third was a written assignment, and then I was called in for the final interview. It was a long and time consuming process and I was really disappointed when I was rejected. I’d still love to work for this company but I think they need to build some capacity around recruiters and HR to give a good impression during the interview process.
