Very pleasant and conversational in nature. I interviewed with the Vice-President of the company and it lasted 40 minutes. In between asking me questions, he stopped a few times and asked if I had any questions before we proceeded. Before the interview was over, I was given his phone number and e-mail, and encouraged to contact him with any questions or concerns.

I had telephone interviews after submitting my resume. I was asked about my experiences working as a teacher... My likes and challenges. The requirement was to have been certified as a teacher with classroom experience. I met the requirements and resonated with the company and leadership beliefs. I loved hearing about the company and was thrilled to be invited to attend the training.
