Entrevista
I was first contacted by the CTE via email after posting my resume on a job board. Prior to the interview, the company requested that I spend an hour watching an online video about the company and the Time to Teach Classroom Management Program. After watching the video, I was able to schedule an interview with one of the National Directors. While the interview was brief (20 minutes or so) I was able to ask questions about the program and conversationally determine if becoming a trainer for the company would be a good fit for me and my goals. At the conclusion of the interview I was invited to attend the training program.

Entrevista
Watched a video and scheduled an appointment. Spoke with Johanna Faulk who reviewed the purpose and the process of Time to Teach training program. I was asked to tell about myself and how my experience could benefit the program. Very low stress interview.
