How would you handle a situation with a combative patient?
Smooth. Efficient. Friendly. Job shadowing directly after the interview is a huge benefit. Get a feel to see if it would be a good fit. Quick reply from talent acquisition department, scheduled interview within days, offered job the following day.

Filled out application online. Received phone call from HR the next day to set up in person interview. Interviewed with HR, then interviewed with the clinical manager of the department, then had a peer interview with 2 other RN's that asked questions.
