Two managers interviewed me in the office. Interview took between 30-45 minutes. Asked me about my previous experience, then asked some basic troubleshooting questions. At the end they asked if I had any questions for them. Standard interview.

I sat with the Director of Operations and Helpdesk Manager. The interview was about 45 minutes long. You will need to be able to speak to your experience on the resume and prove that ability to troubleshoot in a role playing scenario.
