Asset Procurement Manager was dismissive and curt. Asked question about an underperforming employee that was a red flag.
If you are applying for a lead or supervisory role beware of this company, you will have no shot at the job if you’re not internal.

Entrevista
I was called by someone from the team, I’m guessing this was a first interview. We spoke about my resume and experience. They then asked me to interview with the team. This was a panel interview with 5 people. They drilled me with question after question for an hour straight. Specific work questions that made it seem like there were unresolved issues going on within the team. Many questions that did not pertain to anything on my resume. I’m still not sure why they called me in for an interview when nothing on my resume related to what they were looking for. Although the job description that I applied for seemed to align with my experience. There was 3 minutes left at the end of the meeting for me to ask questions. The interviewers were not friendly with the exception of one person who smiled a lot. Their interview style and process would make someone NOT want to work with the team. I was told I would hear back from someone whether I was selected for the role or not. And of course no one followed up for 3 weeks. I had to log in to my dashboard one day and I noticed that I was not selected.

There was 1 Teams interview, followed by a panel interview with 2 executives and a VP. Both interviews were one week from another. Asked the general questions like "tell me about your experience, why do you want to work here."
