The interview process was way too structured, rigid, and mind-numbing. It felt exactly like an exam, forcing me to answer 11 questions in a strict 30-minute window. To make it worse, several of the questions were completely redundant, making the rapid-fire pace even more tedious. Instead of a normal conversation where you get to know the team and see if it’s a good match, it just felt like an interrogation where I was checking off redundant boxes on a test paper. The interviewers stuck to a strict script and took turns with back-to-back questions, so there was barely any room to just talk like regular people, ask follow-up questions, or have a real back-and-forth. The whole process felt really robotic and cold.
