there was no process i walked in responding to an ad posted on craigslist the gentlemen first said if you are here for the night shift position they are all ready over staffed i asked if could put an application in and was refused and told to just keep coming in if im still interested to see if anything opened up

Easy, they go over the basics such as benefits, pay, how the company works. They have you fill out paperwork and a test to see how much you understand hazmat, and the forklift.
