I applied online and was invited to a telephone interview 15 days later. The HR team was very helpful in helping me arrange this. I was asked the general questions about myself and my experience and then I was asked two competency questions. I did not progress further as my answers supposedly lacked depth - being an entry level role with no experience required, I thought the competency questions asked were more aimed at those with years of experience and I was disappointed because of this.
