-Did a phone screen with the CEO for about 15 minutes; very informal
-Did a GoToMeeting interview with the CEO and Customer Service Manager; this was more relevant to my role - they were basically trying to see my level of knowledge in a support role and asked questions similar to those I'd receive from a customer
-Had a couple of on-site interviews; most of them consisted of them showing me around the office and shadowing potential coworkers so I could get a feel for the role and see if it would be a good fit on both ends
-After 2 days on-site I was offered a full time position

Entrevista
The process was quick and straightforward. I appreciated the panel interview to gain multiple perspectives and questions from different individuals . The team appeared well organized follow ups via email or website.
