Panel interview style, with 2-3 people present to interview you. It was not daunting at all considering, the interviewers were patient and would sometimes give advice and the process and interview was quick relatively quick and comfortable.

First interview with 3 people on panel including a service user. 10 questions were asked. There was a chance to ask questions at the end of the interview The interview is 2 parts first a formal interview, then a less formal one where you get more of an insight into the service.
