      There was no proper training provided to the new hires the management lack professionalism, they were rude, unsupportive, and not friendly. There was no smoking area, fire exit should be always empty for emergencies it is not a proper smoking area. The company premises in a nutshell is a small apartment "Flat" hosting 50 - 75 employees in a resedential building with significantly small sized work stations and restrooms not suitable for candidates to log full time shifts, the meeting rooms also will make you claustrophobic thanks to the Chief executive officer his main goal is MONEY💰 obviously. If you showed up prior your shift by 15 minute you will have to stand in line for the elevator that was outdated, primitively designed, slow, and time consuming. When you log off you will use the stairway, and their place located on the 10th floor so it will be tiring and exhausting due to huge number of employees there relying on the same elevator. If you encounter technical issue with the computer screen for instance, and reported the case it would take the IT department 4-5 days to fix it. The smoking area had a tremendous security and hygiene concerns it was always smelly, dusty, greasy, and disgusting and the CEO should mark my words. They deliberately make people use fake American names and they impersonate and embrace their fake personas at work so if someone calls you by your real name someone from the management would approach you and ask you to be imposter and fake Centroe and to be addressed with the fake American name they chose for you to meet the standards of this place. The surveillance cameras on the floor for their internal use meaning if someone stole anything they wont check the camerafeed to spot the thief they will just blame you for not taking care of your personal belongings. The entire place was a chaotic madhouse or a CIRCUS I felt like fish out of water there....the kitchen or break area had literally 4 tables and the facility people occupying most of them so you eat drink while standing like horses the CEO conduct weekly meetings to encourage the staff, and he is absolutely clueless how to run his business which will soon downsize. There was no central Air Conditioner just small A/C's like the ones people use in their bedrooms, and they never worked....the place is not a healthy working environment at all especially during Covid-19 outbreak I feel generously courteous giving them only 1 star. The vending machine steals people's money and it either refuses taking money or not working...they urge people to work from home which explains all the above reasons. The training module does not exist you have to selfstudy the product knowledge on your own the trainers lack effeciency, and the knowledge. National holidays are not double paid like any other place just compensated with annual leaves. When you escalate or discuss whatever you are struggling with they won't listen or bother hearing you out....I hope they can hear me NOW...
