It was an initial application as standard followed by a screening call, an assessment (1.5-2 hours), and a final interview (1 hour). In total, it lasted around 10-12 days, so it was quite quick versus some other companies.

Nothing particularly out of the ordinary here - the questions were manageable and related largely to client management. For example, "Can you give us an example of an account you lead in the past that particularly stands out for you and how you were able to retain/scale that account?"

Entrevista
I applied online, got a response about a month later asking about 5/6 screening questions - why I have applied, why am I a good fit etc. After this I heard back and had a phone call interview, which led to a Skype interview a week after. Then a written assessment. I completed this and didn't hear back which is really disappointing. I appreciate that I didn't make the cut but respectfully the company could have at least issued a rejection email or an update after I made the time for answering the screening questions, the phone call, the interview and the written assessment.
