It was an initial phone interview, then a Microsoft Teams interview with the hiring manager. I thought the interview went great, I had a great rapport with both interviewers. I was then ghosted for the next week. (I was told I'd hear back in 2 days). They finally emailed me and said they went with someone else. I asked for feedback . None given.
