The communication process was very systematic.
The first step… I received an email inquiring about my interest in interviewing with FinancialForce.com for the position of Customer Success Manager.
Second step… the HR lead recruiter walked me through all the steps of the interviewing process, she clarified Financialforce.com expectations and provided feedback after the completion of every interview. The HR recruiter stayed in constant contact with me and our communications were conducted via email and/or by phone…
Right from the onset, I was impressed with how proficient FinancialForce.com was at bolstering my enthusiasm and capturing my attention.
After speaking with the recruiter for the first time, followed by the interviewers I knew I wanted to join Financialforce.com they accurately described exactly what I was looking for in a Company. Financialforce.com had the culture I was seeking but more importantly I respected and admired their vision.

Entrevista
Certinia is PE owned. The UK based recruiter reached out to me directly for a 30 minute meeting. We had an upbeat conversation and she spoke of next steps, hiring manager. I asked how she felt about our discussion and she seemed very positive. However, I did not progress to meeting the hiring managers. The position was filled by someone from a competitor company, I learned after following up. Many of the team members from this company worked for my former company, including the CEO, and have done well. I would like to have had the opportunity for further conversation.

Entrevista
After the talent management contacted me, I had an interview with the hiring manager. The next step was to prepare a ppt presentation based on a 'pretend' customer and scenario. The guidelines given were very poor and, in fairness, there are better way to engage with candidates.
