Applied online, didn't hear anything so I followed up via email to the hiring manager. Heard back next day and got an in-person interview scheduled that week. Interviewed back-to-back with two different managers because I had applied to two positions (Client Development Associate and Event Manager). Both interviewers were very personable and allowed me to ask questions. A very positive experience. I expected the process to move forward, and was told so by one of my interviewers, but then the process stalled despite following up with the hiring a few times to see if I was still being considered.

A quick phone call to determine if you are right for the job depending on availability and personality. If selected to move forward, you come in for an interview where they get to know a little bit more about you. They ask why you want the job, what your schedule looks like, are you good at dealing with conflict, etc.
