The process was fast and very structured, with several clearly defined stages. I first had an initial phone screen, followed by a more in‑depth interview with the recruiter. After that, I spoke with a member of the sales team to dive deeper into the role and discuss my previous experience. Next, I had an interview with the EMEA Marketing Director. The final stage was a mock cold call with two managers, followed by detailed feedback right after. Overall, the process was demanding but very transparent, with regular updates between each stage and high‑quality conversations throughout. Even if I didn't have an offer it was one of the smoothest and human interview process I've done so thank you for that.

There was a mock cold call where you are paired with 2 other managers and they ask you to call 2 personas. You are given the information before the interview to practice though.
