Applied online and after a week or so I got a call from the talent acquisition team asking basic questions and a call again after few days regarding the interview.
The interview was quite technical. I have done bachelors in Computer Science so I had coding language and skills listed on my resume so the CRM executive who took my interview asked me quite technical questions more from the technical end although and one for the CRM role (which I in the beginning thought would be only for the role and it caught me off guard and I got all nervous and blank)
Then a month or two passed by without any rejection email and I knew I didn't get the opportunity but I got the call from Talent acquisition again letting me know that i didn't make it for that role but the guy gave a positive feedback for me so I'm getting considered for another role and that she'll send me an email for the interview once the team schedules it. ....... And it never happened!
So for me this was quite a bad experience I had my hopes up and then no answer (ghosting hurts more than rejection email) and once I made up my mind, the girl from talent acquisition gave me false hopes again.
