Thank you for your review about the interview stage of our hiring process and I am glad your experience with the initial screener was so positive. Please allow me to clarify some misconceptions. All of our interviewers are full time employees who are either coaches or former coaches and therefore have experience in the role and can answer any questions our candidates may have about the position. We do this purposely so that management really can collaborate with employees and include them in the hiring process. We encourage our coaches to utilize discretion when working with clients and to customize each interaction so that clients’ individual needs are met.
