Entrevista
Normally, one has one interview, but since my former boss lied in his recommendations by telling to my potential boss that I can not write, I had to go for the second interview. The first interview was by Skype with two professors which were collaborators. Then they have checked references and decided to make a second interview at Chalmers. In the end of the second interview they asked me to write a spontaneous abstract for any project in order to see if my former boss was telling the truth about my "bad writing". Then they saw that my writing skills were good I got a job offer on the next day. So my former boss got no postdoc for his project, haha

Three steps interview. First and second with hiring professor and’s their team, and the last one with the head of division. On time and professional. It was a very good interactive approach.

I was invited to gothenburg to give a talk on my past research, and then there was an interview with the prospective supervisor, two further acdemics, and a human resource guy.
