I spoke with the company at my college career fair and got a call from my manager a few weeks later. This call was just about getting to know me and going through projects on my resume. About a week after speaking with my manager, I got a call with an offer.

It was a 2-person panel interview, asking mostly behavioral and some technical questions specific to what the job title is. It was very low-stress and easy to answer. I ended up getting an offer and accepted.
