I interviewed with a very nice women. She was on time and eager about meeting with me. She answered all my questions. Was very transparent and clear about expectations and salary.

Had a phone interview on Wednesday. I Was called in the next day for an interview. I was hired on the spot for the job. Intervjew was extremely easy in my opinion. I was told I was over qualified for the job so theiy raised my pay higher then other co-wokers. I was told I will move up to site director when a job comes available. I will also be used as a substitute site director if needed.
