She was very nice, personable, and informed me more about the position and what to expect next. - Confirmed second interview 2 days after (phone interview) - Second interview with director of recruiting. Very kind, but I was so nervous, and was too focused on saying the right thing that I ended up spacing out and rambled. - Got an update the day after and to no surprise, didn't get it. - Overall, recruiters are nice and informative. For the interview, the questions weren't hard. For those reading this for tips: Take a breath, focus on the questions, and be yourself. Don't be like me (lol). You got this. Even if you don't get it, keep trying then go for it again next time if this is the company you really want to work for.
