What drove your research question? What questions did you ask in this interview? What would you change about your methodology?
Thank you for sharing your experience interviewing with us. While we do our best to prevent reschedules from taking place, we realize that they can sometimes be out of our control. Entrevista
The process was long but thorough. I initially had a screening call with a recruiter, followed by an interview with the Initiative Manager and another interview with the Principal UXR. After all that, I had a "virtual onsite" which consisted of four hours of interviewing and a presentation of a research proposal for a site of my choosing. It was an intensive process but good to know that they are really looking for someone who will be a long term fit with the role. My recruiter was amazing and responsive and supported me through the whole process and gave great feedback - this made the longer timeline of the process much more bearable!
