Recruiter reached out on Linkedin and scheduled an interview with the hiring manager. The interview questions were mostly around my managerial/leadership experience. Conversations until this point were smooth and positive. Here comes the negative experience: Once that's done, I had no communication whatsoever even after me following up a few times. I was at least expecting a No as an answer but blatant ignoring seemed harsh, especially from an organization whose mission is "to build a more inclusive, just, and healthy future for everyone. "
