I went through about 8 hours of interviews including recruiter chats, manager chats, technical interviews, white boarding, culture fit etc. What is really notable about this company is that they are rather behind the times in tech stack, building up technical debt, in need of help and yet -- if you scroll through the interviews section, they hire about 5% of the people they interview.
This is a small company that operates like a big company, and circa 2000 infrastructure that thinks they are bleeding edge.
I recommend this company to people who are hip to the politics of FAANG companies, and want to coast by on a slow pace and old tech.

Most of the questions were about how would you design "x", be it a messaging system, or other simple applications. What they are looking for is simple answers. They don't want to talk about scaling, security, event driven architecture, low latency systems, etc. Think simple
