The interview consisted of about 45 minutes of me listening to the CEO’s vision, more about hearing what he needed vs how I can contribute etc I also met with the Director of Talent very briefly, as well as the Managing Director who ended up quitting 2 weeks after I started which was very unfortunate. It increased my workload significantly and had I been told this from the beginning I would have reconsidered the role.

Easy, they review the portfolio and ask for a phone interview. which lead to an onsite interview. Interviewed by the traffic manager who has no design expertise. The overall experience was more like the traffic manager telling you what you will be doing at the office daily, however they do give you a little gift bag which showcase strong company values and culture, which is always nice to know. People are friendly at first glance, but a little bit standoff-ish, you might not even talk to every person in the office after working for a month.
