The first interview with the hiring manager went great. She sounded really excited and said that I was a good fit for what she wanted for the job. Then she mentioned that she's going to talk to one of her colleagues and see if he wants to talk to me. So we scheduled another interview and the guy I talked to was from a different group. I thought that went well too. But then I got a call for another interview with her staff. The interview became a technical interview with a specific BI tool. I've never had a technical interview in the last 10 years with 4 other jobs I have worked for as the technical aspect of the job is not really important.
