Entrevista
Sehr freundlich und kompetent. Ich wurde direkt aufgefangen und durfte mich Wohl fühlen. Die Kommunikation war transparent und ehrlich. Man bewirbt sich nicht nur, sondern Chanel bewirbt sich auch bei einem selbst. Steigert natürlich die Motivation und auch etwas den Stress nach dem Gespräch: Man möchte dann am besten direkt gleich anfangen.

First round interview was as expected. Come prepared. Down to earth but professional. Clearly a tight knit company. Going over general experience and situation questions. Quick to schedule second interview. Each got more situational and behavioral as the process went on.
