I was interviewed by my manager and by another independent party for the role of Administrator which was the role I was already doing but had to re-apply. The interview comprised of about 7-8 questions, then a scenario which involved the independent staff member role playing as a client and then I needed to document what happened afterwards. If I passed this, I would have needed to do a VBI questionnaire.
