Didn’t have interview as I was already an employee and the company was purchased by another company. We did not have to be interviewed. All employees were grandfathered in as permanent employees.
It was thorough. They explained the process and job very well. They made it a smooth transition. They answered all my questions. The talked about pay and what my responsibilities will be.
