Entrevista
The interview process was low energy and done in a group of four applicants. It felt like a mass recruitment campaign with no talent management. BA, MA, GED, Experience, and not experienced in sales all were going to have the same opportunity. The recruiter provides a 55-page manual and plays a video. The recruitmentment process happens in an open floor plan with agents grumbling and phones ringing in the background. The manager will walk away periodically to handle business or answer text. There seems to be a lack of organization and passion throughout the office.
They didn't seem to be interested in the applicant, but more interested in forming a funnel/pool of possible agent hires. I didn't stick around for more than 30 minutes; I waited for the opportunity and asked to speak with the recruiter and explained that I am not a fit for his firm.
Their leadership philosophy is the client than the organization, and the employee who is the firms most significant resources is last. That leadership mindset was the first red flag. Someone skipped leadership 101 and decided they were the expert.

Entrevista
Spoke to Managing Partner and she told me about the company and how the business was run. Explained the commission structure and we discussed opportunities for advancement to a management position.
