The whole process included an initial 1 hour interview, a week long design/copywriting assignment, and then another 1 hour interview. The design assignment was actually 5 assignments and look a very long time and was not paid. And in the end, after spending about 2 weeks in the interview process, meeting half of the team, and completing 5 detailed designs, I was left without any feedback at all, just a very corporate message saying they went in a different direction. It was very disappointing and I felt incredibly used and taken advantage of.
