Candidatei-me de outra forma. O processo levou 1 semana. Fui entrevistado pela Chapter (Salt Lake City, UT) em abr. de 2026

I was reached out to on LinkedIn about a potential job that I would be a good fit for. I agreed to a short video call and an hour before I got an email saying she couldn’t meet with me but I’d meet with a colleague of hers, I quickly found out that this was a classic bait and switch, ( which being in the Medicare world they should be fined for) so I met with a colleague over a department that was different than what I was told. This was the first of 3 interviews that I had and was somehow the most organized. The next two interviews were unorganized and unprofessional. Each one the time was changed twice, the interviewer was disengaged and asked generic irrelevant questions and wouldn’t answer questions I had about the job/ company. Chapter claims to want to get the right plan for each person but with the interview process they are obviously no different than any other organization in the space, they only care about selling the most Medicare related products as possible and that’s it. 2/3 people I met with had zero Medicare background. Messy organization, messy interview process.

This company swears by doing right by the client but pushes Medicare supplement policies through the whole interview process. Which isn’t the right fit for every client especially being on a fixed income. All they’re focused on is your numbers when we don’t look at clients like they’re just another lead. In the beginning I thought my values aligned with them but each person I talked to seemed like a snake. Sure the pay is good but the interview process wasn’t worth it.
2 screening calls with a CFO - no recruiter to help guide through the process.
All in a 2.5 hour time block - interrogation by sales manager - then a team lead - then a someone who didn’t show up until 10 mins left in their block - then another interrogator CPO - then CEO.
All they cared about was my knowledge on Medicare supplements, which I told them I didn’t have much experience with. So if you want a job at a company with founding investors - JD Vance and Peter Theil 🤮 make sure to really be confident with selling supps.
They also lack diversity - their whole roster is mostly white males sprinkled in with a couple white females.

What Medicare supplement would you choose? How do you compare MAPD to supps? What’s the worst thing you’ve done as a broker?

Second interview after a year and a half, total waste of hours. Recruiter called two mins after the interviews and advised that they are no longer pursuing nor interested. No feedback given
