Application put forward by the recruitment agency, considered by HR and then you have one initial interview with HR to talk through the basics like how you found the job, why you chose the firm etc. If successful, you then have a second interview with Partners which focuses on the role and more technical questions

1hr 40 minute interview mixture of motivational and scenario based questions generally very friendly and welcoming but one of the more detailed interviews I have had with an emphasis on really understanding motivations and ensuring there was an understanding the precise nature of the role

Entrevista
1st round interview with HR in the CR office near St Paul's. Very informative and the HR lady was very nice and down to earth for a prestige firm. Formal chat about experience and the firm the interview lasted about 1 hour. Given Feedback and moved forward with second round interview within a week.
2nd round interview with senior associate and partner in their new street square office the interview was competency based. They were not respectful of my time and made me wait for 10 minutes before being seen and very short interview. The solicitors seem to lack interest. Formal and straight to the point. No feedback given.
