Phone screen with recruiter, face to face with peers. There wasn't a manager at the time. Interviewed with 3 team members. After the interview I got a call from the recruiter and was hired. Started a couple of weeks later after the background check was cleared.

Have been recruited and have applied for numerous project management positions. Great interviews, but then crickets. The jobs are never filled, or filled with junior people. One senior exec reached out to me ten months later after the internal hire didn’t work out. Had about five interviews, then nothing. No call, no email. Very unprofessional.
