Interviewed with the corporate communications team a few months ago. While I enjoyed my chat with some of the team members, the VP I met with was really rude. She gave off the vibe that she didn;t want to be there and frankly it made for a really weird experience. She made it very easy for me to remove myself from the interview process and move forward with another offer. Very surprised that an interviewer could be so rude
Candidatei-me por indicação de um funcionário. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Charles Schwab.

It was fairly straight forward. My interviewer gave me some background, asked me my thoughts on the opportunities and risk I see in the brokerage industry, we did a short case study and then opened it up to questions I had

Candidatei-me por indicação de um funcionário. Fui entrevistado pela Charles Schwab (Lone Tree, CO) em mar. de 2018
Entrevista
Interviewed two times at Charles Schwab, both were very frustrating. First position interviews were long with two full days of interviews in the office. In total I interviewed for 13 hours. After 13 hours of interviews I still had to track down the recruiter for an answer. The response given was they gave the position to an internal person.
Second position interviews were not much better, but at least shorter. I interviewed with several people in management. After final management interview I never heard back. I followed up with hiring manager and recruiter and never heard back. If a candidate is taking time away from current position to interview with your company, at least have the courtesy to give the candidate an answer.
Schwab has outsourced its recruiting and the recruiters are pretty worthless. Hiring management goes around the recruiters when interviewing because of the poor quality. Recruiters never communicate current candidate status or final decision. All of this creates a negative opinion of the company and in the end it is Schwab's loss. As a result of my poor experience in the interview process, I moved a sizable 401K from the company to another financial services organization.
