Applied at a temp agency and was sent to Charles Schwab ROC center. Worked for a couple of months as a temp and was asked to apply for permanent position in same department. Manager had me fill out an application online which they then flagged for human resources. Had to wait around for them to complete the background and credit check. Since I had already worked as a temp, they did not really interview me.
