Average interview process – 2 rounds. During the second round of interviews, I was verbally offered the position and later given a formal written offer letter. After negotiating salary, I was sent a notice that my offer was rescinded by HR with no explantation. I reached out to the hiring manager for clarification and interview feedback and received nothing. Company proceeded to block me on Instagram. Extremely unprofessional and go back on their word. Would not recommend as a serious career path.
