I completed an initial screening with someone who wasn't a recruiter or the hiring manager, I believe they were in the Growth department which was odd. I completed a second interview with the hiring manager which went well. Then I had to complete an assignment and present a project. In between each stage, a week went by and I had to repeatedly reach out to find out what the next steps were in the process. I was told I would be giving a presentation to a panel of three people, but on the day of the presentation, one person didn't show and another person left halfway through (so the last 15 minutes of the interview, it was just me and the hiring manager who I had already interviewed with). Overall, I didn't like feel like they were giving me the same time and attention they were asking for from me as a job candidate.

Entrevista
Starts with a phone call from the recruiter, a first round interview with the manager, a project that they say will take 4 houts but actually takes longer and it does not provide direction. After that there is a presentation with the team. Then nothing after that. I spent hours trying to create a presentation (case study) with no feedback. The team looked bored and distracted from the beginning. The initial introduction was cold from everyone, almost as if the interview was a waste of their time. They were barely listening and wanting to respond. After the interview I sent an email stating thank you (didn't expect to get a reply) but I reached out to recruiting for a follow up twice with no reply. I figured I didn't get it but the position has been up for months. Good luck to anyone applying to that position.

I did not apply, they reached out to me via LinkedIn. I first spoke with someone in growth strategy who said they were helping with recruiting since the team was so new/small. They were very eager at first, I had an invite to my first official interview before we even hung up. Next, a “case study” and presentation of slides, then another interview. They recorded my presentation, asked for my slides in advance, and eventually ghosted me. It took several unanswered follow up calls on my end to finally hear they weren’t going to hire for the job. It was reposted 2 weeks later.
