Virtual, speedy, efficient, professional. I didn’t continue with the process, as I don’t provide family therapy. I met with the same person who initially reached out to me on LinkedIn.

They were straightforward, we had a casual conversation and realized hours wouldn’t align. They seemed transparent and interested in finding someone invested in what their philosophy entails. Mostly just conversational style interview, they sent a request for an updated resume beforehand and communicated details of the interview

Entrevista
They do 4 rounds of interviews, starting pay is 66k, and they do not provide feedback. I made it through 4 rounds and after the 4th round, they just ghosted me. Didn’t even reach out to tell me their decision. I had to reschedule out to them. They wanted me to provide feedback and then didn’t provide me any.
