Very oddly in depth for an HR coordinator role - they wanted me to complete an assessment that was very technical. The recruiter seemed uninterested when chatting with me and couldn’t explain the DEI initiatives that the company had.

Entrevista
It was a slow process with an analytical quiz (which I thought was pointless for the role) – the video interview focused on more behavioral questions vs tactical ones. All in all I would have appreciated a more honest and straightforward interview process vs the back and forth between TA and the hiring manager. They didn't really sound like they knew that they wanted.
