Was referred multiple times by a Director level employee over a six month period before getting an interview with the R4R recruiter. He spoke with me for 30 minutes. Spent a lot of time asking how I felt about fielding after hours phone calls from leadership and very limited work/life balance. Then he told me the next step was a personality assessment and they'd get back to me before the weekend. Then he completely ghosted me.
