Didn’t apply, got a DM from Recruiter. Average interview, basic intro screen questions. I asked about some poor glassdoor reviews I read and got a weird reaction. Felt like I was disqualified and now rejected from all roles for asking! As a recruiter I’d never have this reaction..Seems to me they have the “i have the upper hand” mentality. A strong recruiter knows these objections are their time to shine and alleviate concerns!

initial video call, then you have to take an assessment that has nothing to do with recruiting and took almost 2 hours. I then was moved to the next round where the person that interviewed me asked bizzare questions. i kept being asked if i had questions i wanted her to ask about my resume..

Recruiter reached out to me we had a phone screen. Then they send you a matching test. If you pass they send you additional screening questions. If approved to move forward you speak with a recruiting lead who will be late to the meeting and seem disinterested in the conversation that just rapid fires questions at you. If you move forward you complete a sourcing exercise. Whole process felt like they were just trying to hit their metrics which isn’t surprising as the team sounds like they’re very “metrics driven”.
