Had an interview with a recruiter, who asked basic questions (why I am interested in the role, my experience, background). Was informed of the next steps, which seemed VERY lengthy for such a low-paying/virtual job. The next steps included an interview with a board of staff, a role playing situation, case conceptualization. Was emailed pretty immediately with a blanket "no thank you" email, with no further explanation as to why they would not move forward with my application. Overall, I am disappointed with the interview process for this company. The individual who "interviewed" me was a non-clinical professional. It feels unethical to have such an individual make decisions on hiring for clinical roles.
